I never had to junk a car before, so I was leery of the whole process. I sent my info in and soon after John called back with an offer. We talked over price and about picking the car up. John walked me through the process and had everything ready to go. At this point I still was a little reluctant, but I received a call for the pick up and that they were on their way. They showed up in 30 minutes, handed me the check, I handed over the title and that was it. I went to the bank to deposit the check and it was done. I have to say that all the people there were very understanding and helpful with the whole process.
